RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
PIKAGOS accepts returns and exchanges on items within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Please read the following carefully for detailed information on guidelines and procedure. All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. All returns for refund or exchange must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving merchandise. All the products of PIKAGOS are not mass-produced at a factory, but hand-made individually, which leads to each item's stitches or trimmings being different. Also, each item is made of natural leather, so subtle differences of texture and color is not faulty. In the case of the item being lost during shipment or delivered to the wrong address, the company doesn't refund or exchange the item.
Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
All items being returned or exchanged must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. RA numbers can only be obtained by email email@example.com as noted below in the returns and exchange procedure.
All return shipments (domestic and International) must be made by a major courier service with tracking capabilities (i.e., FedEx or post office home delivery).
PIKAGOS does not accept liability for returned goods if they are not sent via these methods.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return authorization number with the reason for the return, as well as your order number.
Once your return is authorized by PIKAGOS, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#).Ship the package Insured to the address supplied by your sales representative using FedEx or INDEX (for International) and FedEx (for domestic shipments).
* Please clearly write the RA# in black on the shipping box.
* The shipping cost of any returns or exchanges are the customer's responsibility.
Email the tracking number to email@example.com. Upon acceptance of the merchandise, we will credit back the cost of the item(s) including sales tax, less the shipping charges, to the credit card account used at the time of original purchase. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out (upon availability) with the second shipping rate charged to the credit card used for your original purchase.
Once the refund or exchange process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your return or exchange verifying the transaction.
Please retain this document for your records.
We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.
